There are so many good things happening at the old/new house. There are people working everyday everywhere and it’s so exciting. We have had air conditioners installed. Yes you read correctly, plural air conditioners. Big House downstairs – Big House upstairs – and the Little House. Notice we have a big beast air conditioner and lovely plywood still covering the windows.
Here are the two tankless hot water heaters. Instant, never ending hot water?? Yes please.
The bad is not really bad, it’s just what goes along with renovation. Doesn’t everyone have to unscrew the plywood everyday to open the back door? And the lovely pile of garbage that hangs out in the yard.
And come on!!! Who doesn’t love a toilet hanging out on the gross disgusting patio that you should be afraid to walk up the stairs.
this hole…..will soon be covered up.
Old bathroom windows. Half of the aluminum siding and half of the original wood siding. But hey! Look at that brick chimney. There is beauty if you look.
Pick your favorite window look……..the clear plastic sheeting – the black garbage bags – or the plywood.
It’s good, bad and a lot of ugly but it’s ours.
Love,
the girl who loves the guy that removes the plywood door everyday.
